Siôn Emlyn Davies was co-opted to Council in 2025 and elected as a Trustee at the AGM. He is a wildlife filmmaker, presenter and environmentalist from Ynys Môn. A graduate in Environmental Conservation from Bangor University, he combines scientific knowledge with creative storytelling to celebrate Wales’s landscapes and wildlife. His films highlight species such as red squirrels, dolphins and seabirds, bringing the natural world closer to audiences. Siôn is a regular panelist on BBC Radio Cymru’s Galwad Cynnar and was chosen for Wales’s first ever Nature and Conservation Fellowship. He also volunteers with Tir Natur, producing films that raise awareness of Welsh conservation projects, and works to inspire pride and care for Wales’s wild beauty.
